According to INESSS, incomplete evidence, coming from various sources with multiple limits, report that the proportion of asymptomatic individuals can be high.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/corpo.securimed.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/covid-pcr.jpg\" alt=\"covid-pcr\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"360\" width=\"666\" title=\"covid-pcr\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<h3><strong>How it Works<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For SARS-CoV-2, the diagnosis is usually\u00a0 confirmed by the detection of its viral RNA (RT-PCR) based on nasal swab collections. It is the best way to detect the infection in its acute phase, which serological tests are unable to do.
